Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) in Gardner, KS, is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager and supervise restaurant operations, ensuring brand standards and customer satisfaction.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, drive safety, manage onboarding, and contribute to financial performance, while delivering 5-star service and developing future leaders in a fast-paced Taco Bell environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification required and a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clean MVR record.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding brand standards and quality.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members and shift managers to enhance customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires with a welcoming environment.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and operational excellence.
• Provide 5-star service and assist in daily restaurant management.
