Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell operation. The AGM will support the General Manager, lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and development of team members, with responsibilities in recruiting, onboarding, and daily financial performance. On-site position requiring flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• English language proficiency required (read, write, speak).
• ServSafe Certification required; health card per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks and quality standards.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across all restaurant operations.
• Assist in training and development, creating leadership development plans.
