Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. You will oversee shifts, coach staff, ensure health & safety, and drive customer satisfaction.

The AGM will partner with the GM on staffing, training, and development plans while helping achieve financial goals and brand standards in a fast-paced Taco Bell environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• English reading, speaking and writing proficiency.
• ServSafe Certification required and health card per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and development plans for future leaders.
• Assist GM in managing financial performance and costs.
• Deliver 5-star service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support GM in day-to-day restaurant operations.
