Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional field and 10+ years of related experience.
• Master’s degree and professional registrations are favorable.
• Industry leadership and active participation in professional organizations are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration for HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Develop technology strategies and a roadmap with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor staff, support staffing, recruiting, and staff development; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
