Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration and related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery Leads and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement for the program management business class.
• Lead mentorship, training, and career development for practitioners.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies; pursue business opportunities.
