Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to drive program management services and technology within the Resources Business Group. The role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and project execution to align strategy, delivery, and innovation with HDR leadership and technology teams.

You will shape the strategic direction for 3–5 years, lead cross-functional teams, and influence growth across sectors while advancing HDR’s employee-owned culture and commitment to inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management Business Class Leadership and promote standards, tools, and best practices across the RBG.
• Oversee Service Delivery Technology Lead and coordinate with directors and other leads.
• Monitor KPIs and staff deployment; mentor and develop practitioners.
• Help shape HDR's strategic plan for 3–5 years and position HDR in the market.
• Lead the implementation of recruiting, onboarding, retention, pursuits, and staffing strategies.
• Represent HDR in industry engagement and maintain unified PM practices.
