HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to drive program management and technology across HDR's Resources Business Group. You will combine leadership, strategy and execution to connect delivery, process improvements and innovation with HDR leadership and technology teams.

This senior role shapes the strategic plan for the next three to five years, aligning technology with business goals and differentiating HDR in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional engineering registration and related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination and advancement of program management services.
• Lead technology integration and strategic direction within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Promote technical excellence and staffing optimization across programs.
• Develop and implement an annual technology roadmap and recruit talent.
