Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group. The role blends leadership in program management, service delivery technology, and technical project execution.

You will align strategy with delivery, lead teams, and collaborate with executives to advance HDR’s technology roadmap and industry impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of HDR’s program management services and technology integration within the Resources Business Group.
Lead program management leadership, service delivery technology, and project execution activities.
Monitor KPIs and ensure defined metrics and staffing alignment.
Mentor and develop practitioners, support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Shape a strategic plan for program management for the next 3–5 years and position HDR as a market differentiator.
Represent HDR as an industry thought leader through engagement and outreach.
Promote a unified Program Management practice with adherence to policies, tools, and processes.
