Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to guide program management services and technology delivery across its Resources Business Group. The role blends strategy, leadership and practical project execution to improve performance and client outcomes.

You will work with senior leaders to advance technology adoption, optimize delivery, and grow high-performing teams across multiple market sectors. HDR supports professional development and an inclusive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
Master’s degree preferred for leadership role.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
Professional registration and engineering credentials.
Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
Ability to collaborate with directors, operations managers and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coordination and advancement of program management services and technology integration.
Monitor KPIs and drive utilization goals for the program management business class.
Shape strategic plan and drive technology alignment within HDR Resources Group.
Develop a roadmap for technology across service delivery classes and mentor teams.
Represent HDR in industry engagements and thought leadership.
