Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to guide program management and service delivery technology across its Resources Business Group. This hybrid role blends leadership with hands-on execution to connect delivery, strategy, and innovation.

You will work with leadership and technology teams to shape HDR's strategic direction for the next 3–5 years, positioning HDR as a differentiator in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Professional engineering registration is held.
• Experience building and leading diverse teams.
• Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture and values.
• Strong focus on quality, improvement, and HDR values.
• Active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Service Delivery Leaders and Technical Directors.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with regional and group metrics.
• Develop and mentor staff, oversee recruiting and onboarding strategies.
• Shape strategic plan for program management and drive industry thought leadership.
• Promote unified Program Management practices and ensure adherence to policies and tools.
• Support in pursuing business opportunities and client development initiatives.
