HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology integration across HDR’s Resources Business Group. The role blends leadership, strategy, and technical execution in a hybrid structure.

You will connect delivery, strategy, and innovation with leadership and technology teams, shaping the plan for the next 3–5 years and positioning HDR as a differentiator in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field; professional/Engineering registration preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains professional engineering registration; related technical experience.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams; strong collaboration with directors and managers.
• HDR values and employee-owned culture; active participation expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination of Program Management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration for service delivery and project execution.
• Develop technology strategies and roadmap for service delivery business classes.
• Mentor staff and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Shape HDR’s strategic plan for the next 3–5 years and act as an industry thought leader.
