Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group. You will connect technical delivery, strategy, and innovation while collaborating with leadership and technology teams.

The role blends leadership, strategy, and execution, shaping the future of HDR through metrics, staff development, and advanced technology adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of our program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
This position reports to the Resources Professional Services Director and collaborates with other senior leads to align delivery and strategy.
Monitor KPIs of the business class to meet defined areas, regional and business-group metrics.
Lead mentorship, training, and career development programs for practitioners within the Program Management business class.
Shape HDR’s strategic plan for the next three to five years and position HDR as a differentiator in the marketplace.
