Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to unify program management practices and service delivery technology across HDR's Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role combines program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution to connect strategy with delivery.

You will shape the strategic plan for the next three to five years, lead a team of practitioners, and advance technology integration across the organization, reinforcing HDR as a market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional field (Engineering/Architecture or related).
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• HDR culture alignment and active employee ownership participation.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management business class leadership for HDR Resources.
• Oversee service delivery technology leadership and strategy.
• Develop and implement an annual technology roadmap with leadership.
• Mentor staff, lead recruitment/onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure policy adherence, quality, and staffing.
• Represent HDR in industry engagements and thought leadership.
