Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to unify program management and technology across the Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape a three-to-five-year strategic plan, drive KPIs, mentor practitioners, and advance technology roadmaps, with HDR employee-owners actively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Master's degree preferred; PE registration if applicable.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience with leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, matrixed teams and drive strategic programs.
• Experience building and scaling program management and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and advancement of HDR's program management services within the Resources Business Group.
• Lead service delivery technology initiatives and develop technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and technology teams to align strategy and execution.
• Develop a team of SMEs across technology stacks used by service delivery classes.
• Mentor, train, and develop practitioners; support staffing and recruitment strategies.
