Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to drive program management and service delivery technology across its Resources Group. The role blends leadership in program management, technology strategy, and project execution, with a focus on mentorship, staffing, and continuous improvement.

You will work with senior leadership to shape the three- to five-year strategic plan, align technology with business goals, and promote a unified, high-performing HDR PM practice across global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional engineering registration and relevant technical experience.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams and collaborating with leaders.
• Active participation in HDR’s employee-owned culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management business class leadership and coordination across HDR’s Resources Group.
• Advise on strategy, technology alignment, and service delivery improvements.
• Develop and implement the annual technology roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor staff, support recruiting, onboarding and retention strategies.
• Represent HDR as an industry thought leader and ensure adherence to quality practices.
