Job summary

HDR seeks a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to drive program management services and technology within HDR’s Resources Business Group. The role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and project execution across multiple market sectors.

The position partners with senior leadership to shape a 3–5 year strategic plan, build teams, and promote excellence in delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
Master’s degree preferred
Active professional registration and related technical experience
10+ years of experience in a related field
Experience leading diverse teams across business classes
Commitment to HDR values and employee ownership culture
PMIS experience (E-Builder, ProCore, Kahua, Primavera) preferred

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coordination for program management services within HDR’s Resources Group
Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives
Develop and drive strategic plans for program management over 3–5 years
Mentor and develop staff and prioritize staffing and recruiting efforts
Represent HDR in industry engagement and thought leadership
