Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field is required.
• Master’s degree and PMP certification are preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in related field and professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration across HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Coordinate leadership, strategy, and innovation with HDR leadership and technology teams.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with HDR policies, quality and staffing.
