Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to drive program management and technology delivery across its Resources Business Group. You will blend strategy with execution, oversee staffing, and champion innovation across multiple market sectors.

You will partner with senior leadership to define the technology roadmap, advance service delivery, and improve project outcomes while promoting HDR's employee-owned culture and collaborative values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Coordinate with Resources Cross Sector Technology Lead and other Service Delivery Leads.
• Monitor KPIs and support staff deployment and career development.
• Shape strategic plan for program management for the next 3–5 years.
• Represent HDR as an industry thought leader and promote unified Program Management practices.
