HDR is seeking a senior leader to drive program management and service delivery technology across the Resources Business Group. You will align strategy, governance, and execution with leadership and technical teams, while shaping HDR's roadmap for the next several years.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and industry engagement, requiring a strong track record in program management and technology leadership within complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus and demonstrates formal project leadership.
• Experience leading program management strategy and client development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management Business Class leadership across HDR's Resources Group.
• Guide service delivery technology and strategic alignment within the group.
• Develop and implement a multi-year technology roadmap.
• Mentor staff, recruit, onboard, and retain program management talent.
• Represent HDR in industry forums and drive continuous improvement.
