HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to drive program management services and technology across the Resources Business Group. This hybrid role blends leadership in program management, service delivery technology, and technical project execution to connect strategy with delivery.

You will shape HDR's technology roadmap, mentor practitioners, and collaborate with senior leaders to advance performance metrics, staffing, and pursuits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers.
• Committed to quality, HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services and technology within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead and align Program Management and Service Delivery Technology across the organization.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to policies, tools, and staffing plans.
• Shape HDR’s strategic plan for the next 3–5 years and position HDR as a market differentiator.
• Represent HDR through industry engagement and staff development activities.
