HDR is seeking a seasoned leader to guide program management services and technology integration across the Resources Business Group. You will align strategy, delivery, and innovation while collaborating with senior leadership and technology teams.

The role demands a strong background in program management, enterprise influence, and the ability to drive a 3–5 year strategic plan, positioning HDR as a market differentiator. This is a hybrid role across multiple HDR locations in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experience with development and management of diverse teams.
• HDR culture and employee-owned structure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in program management.
• Mentor and develop practitioners; support recruiting and onboarding.
• Shape long-term strategic plan for program management and technology alignment.
