HDR seeks a senior leader to drive program management services and technology within its Resources Business Group. The role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and execution across multiple market sectors, with a focus on strategy, governance, and technical excellence.

You will align technical delivery with HDR's strategy, develop annual roadmaps, mentor teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to position HDR as a differentiator in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related field experience.
• Professional registration and engineering licensure.
• Experience building and leading diverse teams.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration for HDR Resources Group.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery Leads and Directors to align strategy and execution.
• Develop and implement HDR's annual technology roadmap.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent HDR as an industry thought leader.
• Mentor and develop practitioners within the program management class.
