Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and related technical experience.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives; monitor KPIs and drive strategic plan.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention strategies and staffing alignment.
• Oversee development of technology roadmaps and alliances with other leaders.
• Represent HDR through industry engagement and drive quality, standardization and best practices.
