Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology leadership, and technical project execution.

The role connects delivery, strategy and innovation with leadership and technology teams, shaping HDR’s plan for 3–5 years and positioning HDR as a marketplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional engineering registration and related technical experience.
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with directors, managers and marketing teams.
• Active participation in HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management Business Class Leadership across the Resources Group.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery leads to ensure technical capability.
• Promote delivery excellence and staff development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive strategic program management.
• Shape HDR’s technology alignment and strategic direction for the next 3–5 years.
