Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.

• Professional registration in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives across the Resources Business Group.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to policies, quality, and staffing standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for program management and technology roadmaps.
• Represent HDR in industry engagements and pursue continuous improvement.
