Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead program management and service-delivery technology across HDR Resources.
• Align strategy, tech delivery, and senior leadership for multi-market impact.
• Develop and implement technology roadmaps and SME teams.
• Mentor, train, and advance practitioners within the program management class.
• Monitor KPIs and drive staffing, recruitment, and pursuits.
