Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management and technology strategies across HDR’s Resources Group. You will align technical delivery with strategy, working with senior leaders to advance capabilities and drive performance across multiple market sectors.

The role blends leadership, project execution, and technology stewardship, reporting to the Resources Professional Services Director.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field is required.
Master's degree is preferred for advanced leadership and strategy responsibilities.
Professional registration and related technical experience are expected.
Experience developing and leading diverse, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives across multiple market sectors.
Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to policies, quality, and staffing plans.
Mentor and develop practitioners; support recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Shape a three-to-five-year strategic plan and position HDR as a marketplace differentiator.
Represent HDR as an industry leader through engagement and thought leadership.
