Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to drive program management services and technology across Power, Waste and Industrial Market Sectors.

The role blends leadership in program management, technology strategy, and delivery excellence, reporting to senior directors with cross-functional collaboration. HDR emphasizes its employee-owned culture and global impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field
Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
Experienced in development and management of diverse teams

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of our program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
Work with Resources Professional Services Director and other leads to ensure alignment and delivery.
Monitor KPIs and drive utilization and staffing strategies across program management.
Lead mentorship, training, and career development for practitioners in the program management class.
Develop and implement a strategic plan for program management and technology roadmap.
