HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology for HDR’s Resources Business Group across Power, Waste, and Industrial markets.

The role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and project execution, reporting to the Resources Professional Services Director, with dotted lines to other directors. This senior position shapes HDR's strategic direction for 3–5 years.

Qualifications

• Experience leading program management strategy or innovation initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable, operational programs.
• Experience supporting strategic pursuits, proposals, and client development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives across the group.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adoption of standards, tools, and best practices across programs.
• Mentor and develop practitioners; oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies.
