Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management and technology delivery across HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors).

This hybrid leadership role combines program management leadership, service delivery technology leadership, and technical project execution. You will connect delivery, strategy, and innovation with HDR’s leadership and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the field.
• Professional engineering registration or related licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead Service Delivery Technology initiatives and integration across the organization.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery excellence across programs and staff.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies for teams.
• Shape HDR’s strategic plan for the next 3–5 years and position HDR as a market differentiator.
