HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR's Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors).

This hybrid leadership role combines Program Management Leadership (40%), Resources Service Delivery Technology Lead (30%), and Technical Project Execution (40%), connecting delivery, strategy, and innovation with HDR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Engineering registration and related technical experience.
• Experience with development and management of diverse teams.
• Ability to work with directors, operations managers and marketing managers.
• Commitment to HDR values and collaborative employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and advancement of program management services within HDR Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives across business classes.
• Coordinate with directors and cross-functional teams for strategic alignment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program management over 3–5 years.
• Represent HDR in industry engagements and maintain technical excellence.
