Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Professional engineering registration and leadership of diverse teams.
• Experience working with HDR leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and advancement of program management services and technology integration.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery Business Class Leads and HDR leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and sustain business-class performance.
• Lead mentorship, training, and career development for practitioners.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staffing strategies.
• Help shape HDR’s strategic plan for 3–5 years and represent HDR in industry.
