HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors). The role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution.

This hybrid leadership position reports to the Resources Professional Services Director, collaborating with other leaders to advance performance,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
Professional or Engineering registration with related technical experience.
Experience in development and management of diverse teams.
Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coordination of program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
Lead and mentor practitioners; manage staff assignments and staffing strategies.
Monitor KPIs to meet regional and business-group metrics.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Develop and implement strategic plan for program management and technology roadmap.
