Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology integration across HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, Industrial).

This hybrid leadership role combines program management leadership, service delivery technology leadership, and technical project execution to align delivery with strategy and innovation across HDR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in a related field with professional registration.
Master’s degree and PMP certification preferred.
Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and programs.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coordination for program management and technology integration across HDR’s Resources Business Group.
Lead strategy, governance, staffing, and pursuit activities to drive growth and delivery excellence.
Partner with senior leadership to shape the three-to-five-year technology roadmap and operational plans.
