Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to drive program management services and technology strategy across HDR’s Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution across power, waste, and industrial sectors.

Reporting to the Resources Professional Services Director, you will lead standards, tools, and best practices, mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field and professional registration.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with directors.
• Active involvement in industry and ability to communicate complex concepts.
• PMIS experience with PM tools and technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management leadership and monitor KPIs across the program class.
• Mentor staff, oversee recruitment onboarding and retention strategies.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for program management.
• Lead technology initiatives and advance service delivery technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to drive best practices and tooling.
• Represent HDR in industry engagement and pursue client development.
