HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to lead program management services and technology across HDR's Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors).

This is a hybrid leadership role combining program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution. You will connect technical delivery, strategy, and innovation while working closely with leadership and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration and related technical experience.
• Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating across leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services across HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives within the group.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for program management and technology.
• Mentor staff and drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Represent HDR in industry engagement and promote a unified practice.
