Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and delivery technology across HDR's Resources Group. The role blends leadership, strategy, and technical execution to elevate project performance.

You will work with senior leaders, develop technology roadmaps, and mentor practitioners while ensuring consistent delivery and excellence across markets.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a professional field and extensive leadership in program management.
• Masters degree and PMP preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead service delivery technology initiatives and align with HDR strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and drive staff development, staffing and retention.
• Shape a three-to-five-year strategic plan and industry thought leadership.
• Collaborate with other service delivery leaders to ensure technical excellence.
