Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Resource Manager for the Architectural Department within the Data Center Performance Unit. This role optimizes staffing, forecasts resource needs, and supports recruitment and onboarding to enable efficient project delivery across a growing data center portfolio.

You will work with Department Leadership, Sector Managers, and Program Managers to manage headcount, utilization, and retention, coordinating with HR, IT and facilities for onboarding and access.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in architecture, operations, or resource management.
• Experience developing work plans and assigning staff to execute work.
• Strong scheduling, resourcing, and reporting abilities using MS Office/M365.

Responsibilities

• Track and report staffing and utilization; maintain resource allocation records.
• Lead staffing efforts with Sector Managers and Program Managers.
• Forecast staffing needs based on pipeline and workload.
• Coordinate onboarding and start of new hires with HR and IT.
• Prepare recurring operational reports for leadership.
