Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Resource Manager for the Architectural Department within the Data Center Performance Unit. The role focuses on strategic workforce planning, staffing optimization, onboarding, and cross-department coordination to ensure efficient project delivery across a growing data center portfolio.

You will report to the Department Manager and collaborate with Sector Managers, Program Managers, and staff to forecast needs and develop proposals for new work.

Qualifications

• Requires professional degree in Architecture or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture, operations/resource management, or related field.
• Experience with developing work plans and assigning staff.

Responsibilities

• Track staffing and utilization and maintain resource allocation data.
• Lead staffing organization efforts with Sector Managers and Program Managers.
• Forecast staffing needs based on project pipeline and workload.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire processes with HR and office leadership.
• Develop onboarding processes and maintain department resources.
