Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture, operations management, resource management, or related field.
• Experience with developing work plans and assigning staff to execute the work.
• Strong proficiency with scheduling, resourcing, and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office/Microsoft 365, resource-management software).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership.
• Discretion in handling confidential personnel, budget, and client information.

Responsibilities

• Track and report staff resourcing and utilization; maintain the department's resource-allocation system.
• Lead staffing organization efforts; review assignments with Department Leadership.
• Coordinate staffing needs with other departments and units like Global Integrated Delivery (GID).
• Forecast staffing needs based on project pipeline and workload.
• Identify resource gaps and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare recurring operational reports including headcount and utilization.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire offers with HR and recruiting.
