Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Resource Manager for the Architectural Department within the Data Center Performance Unit. The role focuses on strategic workforce planning, staffing optimization, recruitment support, and onboarding to enable efficient project delivery across a growing data center portfolio.

The incumbent reports to the Department Manager and collaborates with leadership, sector managers, program managers, and staff. A professional architecture degree or related business/H.R.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, operations management or resource management.
• Ability to develop work plans and assign staff to execute work.
• Strong scheduling, resourcing and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and report staff resourcing and utilization.
• Lead staffing organization efforts with managers and leadership.
• Forecast staffing needs based on pipeline and workload.
• Coordinate staffing with other departments and units.
• Prepare recurring operational reports for leadership.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and onboarding logistics.
• Develop onboarding processes and coordinate with navigators.
