Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Travel Consultant to act as a knowledgeable ambassador, promoting promotions, room categories, and property details to upsell guests. You will handle verbal and written inquiries, ensuring accurate reservations and exceptional guest satisfaction while optimizing room revenue.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed 45 wpm minimum.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent education and experience.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding, personalized guest service and answer calls within three rings.
• Communicate with guests professionally by phone and email.
• Gain knowledge of guest services, dining options, and activities to upsell effectively.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations via switchboard or email.
• Remain aware of resort package plans and updates.
• Handle daily correspondence and outbound calls; take reservations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and booking procedures.
• Work to maximize occupancy and revenue within guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required.
