Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking Travel Consultants to act as ambassadors of Bass Pro - Hospitality, handling reservation inquiries by phone and email, upselling rooms and packages, and delivering outstanding guest service.

You will need a high school diploma, typing 45 wpm, and 1–3 months of related experience. Knowledge of booking systems and customer management tools helps you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm minimum.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and answer calls within three rings.
• Communicate professionally with guests by phone and email.
• Upsell rooms, packages, and resort options using product knowledge.
• Process reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, and booking procedures.
