Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to ensure property safety and provide genuine hospitality. You will register guests, assign rooms, process incident reports, and perform key sign-in/out using the inventory system.

Responsibilities include property patrols, safekeeping of safety deposit boxes, and maintaining lobby cleanliness. You will develop knowledge of room types, rates, and booking procedures while upholding all lodge policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests.
• Process incident reports, sign-in/out, and lost and found per procedures.
• Conduct property patrols and handle safety deposit boxes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and lobby.
• Provide hospitality and maintain a professional appearance.
• Learn and perform basic Front Desk procedures.
• Support travel/training and other duties as assigned.
