Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO seeks a Conference Services Manager to own and grow group business, overseeing sales, contracting, planning and program execution across resort amenities. You will coordinate with Sales, Banquets, Culinary and Rooms teams, manage BEOs, pre-conference meetings and ensure flawless guest experiences while meeting revenue targets.

Minimum high school diploma and 2+ years in sales or operations; strong communication, organization, and event software proficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales work, management operations, or related professional area preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote resort offerings to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Lead designated Sales Manager on contracts and coordinate with Intake and Rooms teams.
• Plan and execute all group programs, including BEOs and pre-conference meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate group requirements within guidelines.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver seamless event experiences.
