Job summary

Jay Peak Resort is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to handle lodging reservations, manage group blocks, and coordinate with team leaders on rates and inventory. You will respond to calls and emails, and ensure accurate deposits, confirmations, and invoicing.

You will maintain knowledge of lodging specials, assist guests with package options, and support resort gift cards and related online sales. A bilingual capacity is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent experience in reservations or hospitality.
• Experience in customer service and internal communications is valued.
• Bilingual English/French is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls for lodging reservations as needed.
• Set up and provide reports for team blocks and rooms.
• Provide policy documents and rate sheets to team leaders.
• Maintain accurate records of room counts and deposits.
• Assist guests in understanding lodging options and packages.
