Job summary

Jay Peak Resort is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to lead and train the reservations team, input guest reservations, and coordinate with the Lodging Bureau. You will help manage schedules, mentor agents, and ensure service quality aligns with resort events and guest needs.

The role requires supervising up to 20 staff, coordinating with sales and HR, and maintaining reservation workflows and reporting. Prior hospitality experience and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; 5 years related experience acceptable.
• Direct supervisory experience of up to 20 employees in a hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Strong computer skills with familiarity in property management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Directs Reservations agents and trains staff to sell resort products and input guest reservations.
• Manage employee scheduling, coach performance, and handle escalated guest issues.
• Monitor rate building, reporting, and upkeep of phones, software and department materials.
