Job summary

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and resort booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls for lodging reservations inquiries.
• Set up, manage & provide reporting for team blocks & rooms for call-in reservations.
• Provide sport policy and rate documents to team leaders.
• Keep accurate records of room counts for teams.
• Release unpicked up rooms at designated timelines.
• Maintain confirmations to team members at 14-day timelines.
• Maintain reports for teams, room nights, pick-ups and drops.
• Maintain weekly accounting for Ice Time.
• Assist guests in understanding lodging options and amenities.
• Reserving accommodations suited to guests’ needs and quoting costs.
