Job summary

Travel + Leisure's Sports Illustrated Resorts seeks an Assistant General Manager – Resort Operations to support the General Manager in developing and executing resort operations while maintaining service standards.

You will oversee Guest Services, Housekeeping, F&B, and related departments, manage budgets, run audits, and lead talent development. Collaboration with HR and corporate partners ensures compliant, efficient operations in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Proven strong leadership ability with effective management approaches.
• 3–5 years in property, vacation ownership, or hotel management.
• Working knowledge of HOA standards, governing statutes, and board procedures.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of resort departments (Guest Services, Housekeeping, F&B).
• Manage annual operations budgeting, cost-reduction, and expense analysis.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial reports and impacts on revenue and expenses.
• Ensure audits, loss-prevention standards, and compliance across operations.
