Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rooms Manager to lead the daily operation of the resort’s Housekeeping and Guest Services departments. You will oversee staffing, schedules, payroll control, and guest satisfaction while maintaining standards and safety programs.

You’ll drive process improvements, manage room inventory, and support annual budgeting. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with 2–5 years in hotel/resort environments and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hotel/resort experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
